I am enjoying doing distance shamanic healing sessions.  There is no time and space in shamanic healing. So distance doesn't matter. Soul retrival and the story of how the recovered soul piece helps and heals is so very facinating and fulfilling!  Retrieving a warrior protector is particularly helpful to negate the non beneficial effects of our fear based society. Cutting non beneficial chords frees you up to move forward. Clearing programs, trauma and implants brings you back to your perfected form gently with love. And building strong boundaries and auric shields vastly increases wellness and lifeforce!

DEFINING SHAMANIC TERMS

SOUL LOSS - Soul loss is a helpful response that allows our essence to remove itself from suffering and pain. In her book, Soul Retrieval, Sandra Ingerman describes soul loss as “spiritual illness that causes emotional and physical disease…(and) losing crucial parts of ourselves that provide us with life and vitality.”  A soul retrieval is a shamanic method for bringing back those vital parts. Soul loss is the experience of an essential part of us leaving, and SOUL retrieval is the experience of having that essential part retrieved and returned to you.  

Many of us feel like we are missing an important part of ourselves or feel like we are not quite whole. One cannot magnetise the soul path and good you wetmre ment to experience!   Sometimes we experience soul loss as a chronic illness or face ongoing emotions such as sadness and anger.

By retrieving lost soul parts we become more whole, full of lifeforce and magnetic to our souls mission and overall wellness!  These days most people have at least nine soul pieces waiting in line to be retrieved. Because of the high frequency experienced now on Earth now, only one or two pieces can be retrieved safely in one session. It differs soul to soul, body to body. And it takes 10 days to integrate the retrieved soul pieces fully. So multiple sessions are often needed. 

Relationships and Soul Loss - Many people experience soul loss in relationships. As a child, we may willingly have given our soul parts to friends as part of play or had our soul parts stolen unconsciously by a family member. As an adult, we may experience soul loss in an abusive or traumatic relationship. Even the unexpected ending of a relationship may cause a loss of our vital essence.

At midlife people often feel this loss and reach out to find answers. When a person starts calling their soul parts back, gathering themselves up and having their vital essence returned, often they find that their current relationships may shift. For example, after a soul retrieval, a client recently found herself letting go of her best friend. The relationship was no longer serving her whole self. To her surprise, releasing judgemental friendships also opened her up to two new friendships!

CORE TRAUMA CLEARING 

 The trauma we experienced in this lifetime most often  begain in other lifetimes. We choose them to grow, learn and fully embrace our capacity to forgive, keep boundaries, be more aware and or  become a spiritual warrior. So we repeat  traumas with similar purposes from lifetime to lifetime. Trauma creates soul loss so soul retrieval and core trauma clearing are very much part of a successful shamanic healing program.  And sometimes ancestral DNA programming memories influence our trauma patterns too. So ancestral trauma lines may need ckearing also.

With shamanic journey, neurolinguistic programming, drumming, and help from the Chief Healing Angels, White Light Masters, Nature Spirit and Christ Consciousness this multiple level clearing is achieved. It is a very gentle process that does not require retraumatizing yourself to heal! We clear trauma lines from present, past to where the pattern began ages ago. Its not uncommon for a trauma pattern to start in very ancient times.

As we go I decode the core trauma lifetime I see orally and the describe the players present. The client may also tune into another lifetime on the same timeline.  Together we piece together a fascinating story of your soul's progress through meeting adversity. And we also do soul retrieval for the lifetime presented.

Trauma creates more trauma. Hurt people hurt others and themselves.  And folks self medicate with drugs, alcohol or other addictive behaviors to cover up their sensitive nature. Once we clear the core trauma you are free and need not repeat this pattern of trauma for yourself or others. Greatly increased happiness, positivity, health and fulfillment results from Core Trauma Clearing!

They are based in various chacras. I ask for those Program Implants who no longer serve you to appear for clearing. So those Program Implants who appear to me in a session are ready to be released,  cleared, neutralized and deleted! You can really get off the karmic merry go round and move on shifting up once these are cleared! The result of this clearing is a healthier, happier more fulfilling life! 

GOVERNOR IMPLANTS - 

These implants look like a black stone cube. They were placed in your body mind soul complex when your soul first came to earth in the earliest times. Their purpose is to keep you from reaching your highest potential and they enable you to be easily controled and manipulated. Clearing these Governor Implants creates an open path to manifesting your greatest good!

WOUNDED WARRIOR IMPLANTS -

Through various lifetimes we have died in many brutal horrible ways. Sometimes remnants of these incidents can be inbedded in our bodies as axes, swords, knives, and instruments of torture. Much memory is carried in our DNA, cells and soul. Perhaps this is how these Wounded Warrior Implants are carried forward. These implants may very well cause physical problems where ever they are in the body. Some cause birthmarks and other physical signs! Some may contain dark magic which connects the client to an entity still seeking revenge, your power and lifeforce! 

With the aid of the Chief Healing Angels, the Spirit in Nature,  the White Light Masters and Christ Consciouness the implant is extracted, sent to the recycling angels and lifeforce is returned to the area it once inhabited. Then to follow up a massage therapist can address the muscular tension associated with this type of implant. After clearing these much more freedom and flow is experienced in your life. And often freedom from physical symptoms which have not responded to previous medical or physical therapy treatments in the affected area may occur.

To escape 3D trauma drama reality a soul has to choose to release trauma and forgive. The objective is to really work from a love/ service space 50% of the time. Years ago I heard from Sal Rachele, internationally known psychic Earthkeeper, that those  who don't do this and release their heavy energy will go increasingly crazy and possibly die as the incoming frequencies continue to increase.  Its physics folks!!! As Earths frequency heightens ours does too. That which is heavier than the incoming frequencies gets pushed to the surface.  So dropping our low frequency baggage is imperative these days. THE GOOD NEWS  is thIs high energy not only pushes out our shadow self for healing but also makes it MUCH easier to do the clearing, forgiving and uplifting you need to survive and thrive. But one has to CHOOSE this option. So CHOOSE!!!!  LIGHTEN UP,  raise your vibes and Surf the Shift.

3.  Live your life at least 55% in service!

4.  Power up. Then Imagine an energy filter on your TV, phone and/ or computer  that neutralizes the acid energy of the world to alkaline.

During sessions 65 dragons are stationed in 8 lines from pole to pole on Earth flying in figure 8's while barrel rolling and shaking to lift out heavy dark energies.  Quite a show!!!! In one session I saw a dark sludge lifted from Earth and people. Archangel Michael then transmuted it. Very good stuff! We have previously closed or filtered portals where non beneficial entities were coming in. Some of them are on mounds or near them.

Case Study of a Shamanic Distance Healing

DISTANCE HEALING CASE STUDY

Finally I've mastered doing my shamanic healing services distantly!!!!!  Clients and I make an appointment for a phone call. We talk on the phone and I teach and give a play by play as the White Light Masters, Chief Healing Angels and Little People Medicine Men do their healings. My distance healing session last afternoon for a client in Michigan included clearing his property of hundreds of spirits, non beneficial entities and energjes and upping its energy to a healthy frequency. We also cleared his solar plexus and shielded it as well as cutting non beneficial chords. We aided soul retrieval and made an  explanation of the meaning of the returned soul part and the life lived by that person in history. I also taught him Earth Sun breathwork, Blue Bubble Property Protection. And I reinforced the Golden Egg Alchemical Shield Blueprint for him. His problem was a psychic vampire was draining his energy and manipulating  him.  The client is an extremely high empath. And he also had strange energy at his intentional community property. After I dowsed it clear and upped the energy to health,  I also checked for harmonious relations w the local nature spirits,  non beneficial portals, and noxious energies at his property.  This seemed to be ok. 

A very common problem theae days is solar plexus blockage. The solar plexus is a communication center and high empaths  are particulary apt to have challenges  there in these times of change. When I and the Little People Medicine Men were clearing and readjusting his solar plexus...I used the solar plexus essential oil blend from my my Jaqueline Dorman Chackra kit. I annointed the solar plexus stone of the kit, my solar plexus, the Solar Plexus  Gateway Healing Medicine Bag and him remotely.  I blew the oil to him thru the phone and he smelled its citrusy odor!  VERY GOOD!  When I cleared the solar plexus he said it pushed his body back. The Little People do most of the work digging out the brownish yellow heavy solar plexus  energy w little beach shovels and pails which they transmute to pure energy. He could feel when I pulled the rope like lines of heavy energy out. Underneath all that was a program implant which caused a non beneficial karmic pattern from life to life. If these implants  appear it means that part of your karmic lessons are over and ready to be removed. This frees you up to move forward in the lessons of the solar plexus and aids your ascension in consciousness. Clearing the solar plexus gifts you with much better and clearer empathic knowledge.   Finally the client looked at his solar plexus and it was orange yellow. Not quite lemon yellow but much better. The frequency was so high I didnt want to overdo it and fry me or the client. Better to finish in another session. We finish with Golden Egg Shielding!

I follow up the sessions with  how to handouts for the core shamanic practices and advice to do the "I love you and Welcome Home" Soul Retrieval Mirror work for 10 days, Epsome salt baths and lemon water drinking. And also suggested is journaling  of downloaded information for at least two weeks as this work is time released.

I'm very happy to finally figure our how to offer all that the Spirit Doctors and I do distantly. Its taken a while for me to master this. You have to be able to hold a lot of energy stable to travel to the client and stay there fot 1.5 hrs. I think thisinmproved ability is partly due to my personal frequency rise and partly the much higher planetary frequency that enables the process. But its a breeze for the Spirit Docs as there is no time or space for them (or for us really)  and they are doing more and more of the work w me giving a play by play to the client.

Let’s Begin!!!   Steps for your PRACTICE

 In Native America we call “making Medicine” as anything we can do to help or to heal.  Before we “make Medicine” as practitioners of Practical Shamanism, we follow time proven steps for our own safety, for a more effective practice and to maintain harmony and balance in nature.  These steps are:

1.    Release ego, become a hollow bone, a clear channel

2.    Power Up

3.    Cleanse and protect your practice space

4.    Align yourself with your Personal God Source

5.    Make your “Medicine” for helping or healing

6.    Release negativity.  Clear yourself and your space

7.    Recharge, Give Thanks and Know that all is in Divine Order

 We can talk about releasing ego and becoming a hollow bone, but talk is cheap.  This work is not an intellectual pursuit, but a fairly gut retching painful job in the real world.  The Shaman’s doorway is the heart.  The step of releasing ego and becoming a hollow bone is often the result of a Shaman’s death experience.  Near Death Experiences, loss of personal possessions and other tragedies finally bring us to the point of Letting Go and Letting God.  In traditional shamanic cultures, vision quests, prayer vigils on mountain tops and other strenuous rites of passage in non-ordinary reality moved the process along. 

Right now, I find that the biggest block to our becoming hollow bones is lack of forgiveness by us to others.  Therefore, we will focus on forgiveness processes and other ancient and modern ways to release painful memories, core trauma and emotional blockages as we move further along in the practice and in the path to becoming hollow bones.

As a matter of practicality we will begin the study with the basics of powering up with circular breath.  Then balancing and building clarity with triangular smudging will be studied.  Also, the practice of clearing and cleansing your energy body (aura) and your living space is very important to beginners and advance students.  After all, you brush your teeth each morning to avoid tooth decay.  Equally important, is to avoid your own energy decay and that of others while you are on a fast track of shamanic learning.  To pray, heal, meditate, gain dreamtime knowledge, vision and live in balance, these practices are most valuable because the higher frequency energy required in these practices begins with clarity in mind, body and environment.

Several years ago, during a shamanic journey, I was flown on White Eagle’s back to a large nest overlooking the world.  White Eagle is a Spirit Doctor, an ancient master shaman who vowed to stay close to Earth after his death in order to help and heal.  He is the superintendent of the White Eagle School of Shamanic Healing Arts. His special gift to my students is as a matchmaker between master healers in the spirit world and healers working in our reality so that these “spirit doctors” can continue to work through us.  When he finds a frequency match, an alliance begins.  In this way we can reclaim “lost knowledge” and invent creative answers to new health challenges with the help of masters who have gone before.

I was told by White Eagle to brief you on two basic disciplines for building power and awareness and for building clarity in your dreams and visions.  These disciplines are the first steps Through the Shaman’s Doorway.  These disciplines are those on which all future knowledge is built and help in the process of gaining and cementing ties to your Spirit Doctors, animal, plant and stone allies.  These disciplines are circular transformative breathing and triangular smudging. 

I first became aware of circular transformative breathing through reading an interview with Dhyani Ywahoo, a Cherokee medicine woman, founder of the Sunray Meditation Society, Chief of the Green Mountain Cherokee, and author of Voices of Our Ancestors – Cherokee Teachings from the Wisdom Fire.  When she said that one way Cherokee people stay young looking is the use of this discipline, I said, “That’s for me!”.  My vanity led me to take a step which would forever change my life for the better.  As my own practice of circular breath grew, I increased my ability to stay clear, focused and strong in shamanic journey, meditation, dreamwork and in my healing practice.  The practice has also helped me to stay young looking and acting.  I’ve since found this same discipline in use by many other shamanic cultures.  It closely resembles practices taught by monks from Tibet who practice ancient Atlantean knowledge.

Truth is Truth anywhere!  Real truth is usually simple.  It abides by the Universal Laws of Nature and is available to all who can tune into their celestial and DNA broadcasting stations!  Complicated teachings are man’s ego making simple natural laws difficult.  This simple technique can help you stay stable while the rest of the world is shaken up by earthquake energy, electromagnetic field shifts, and other natural and manmade disasters.  Think about it.  Where on a globe is the most stable point?  The center is, of course.  So, if you have an energy axis anchored to the core of the Earth and one to the Sun or Grandmother Moon, wouldn’t you be more stable in turbulent times?

Circular Transformat⁴ive Breathing

The first step in circular breathing is to sit erect in a straight back chair with legs uncrossed or sit on the ground.  Imagine all the tensions of the day draining from the top of your head down through your body and exiting in a spiral from your root chakra and feet into the molten core/center of the Earth to be transmuted.  Second, on the in-breath, actively draw energy from the Earth’s center, spiraling through the many layers of rock, dirt, underground water, through the floor to the root, up your back, through the spine to the top of your head.  This energy trail is the River of Life.  Third, on the out-breath, allow in a passive receptive state, the energy from Father Sky, the Sun, Moon and Celestials to flow down the front River of Life of your body from head to root.  Begin again the in-breath up your back.  When you have the visualization down, begin to breathe to the count of 7 up, hold 4, 7 down, hold 4, etc.  Also breathe in your nose and out of your mouth.

 It is very important to keep the tip of your tongue right behind your teeth at the roof of your mouth so as to make a complete circuit of energy on the front of your circle.  It is helpful to see and feel the circle as bright neon and make the pathway of energy easier to follow.  In class I will trace this circle with my intent, visualization and rattle or drum to build a stronger path for you to follow.  As in everything, practice makes perfect.  Do this for ten minutes each day and you’ll be refreshed, energized and glow like a light bulb!

 Since the illusion of disease comes from a disharmony in the natural pattern of our perfection, and manifests in a lack or trauma of our energy field, building and reinforcing our River of Life with Circular Breathing can go a long way in helping a body correct its own imbalances.  Because we engage in an active pulling up on the in-breath from the core of the Earth and a passive flowing down of energy from a celestial on the out-breath, we also balance our male/female energies in this practice.  So I think you can see why this is such a good place to start your experience of Practical Shamanism. And powering up and grounding during these turbulent  times is always a good idea!
