1. Before you go to sleep name 20 things things, events or people you are thankful for
2. Send people you care for who bring you joy, help and happinrss a pjink love light from your heart each day. I do this right after my thank yous.
3. Live your life at least 55% in service!
4. Power up. Then Imagine an energy filter on your TV, phone and/ or computer that neutralizes the acid energy of the world to alkaline.
5. Do circular Earth Sun Breathing each day to ground, balance and power up
