In this introductory workshop you'll learn how to solve problems with the aid of your animal totems and guides through shamanic journeying. You will see how to gather wisdom directly from the Spirit in       Nature. You'll learn how to protect your energy field so that people, places and electronic gadgets can't zap your energy. You'll also master an advanced shamanic property protection technique in which you  power up with the Central Sun and the consciousness of Mother Earth. Practical Shamanism 202 – A Walk around the Medicine Wheel of Life - Azurae offers a three year Practical Shamanism 202 self-mastery curriculum from which she chooses apprentices. Practicing and adding deeper levels to the techniques from Practical Shamanism 101, students begin to master and use the techniques in their lives successfully.  More advanced techniques are added and shamanic journeys are emphasized. Using the medicine wheel as a metaphor for personal growth, we muscle test to see the relative strength in the directions of spiritual, emotional, physical and mental healing. Then various shamanic practices are employed in class and in homework to strengthen weaknesses and regain balance. Both Practical Shamanism 202 and the apprenticeship program meet three times per year. Practical Shamanism 101 and 202 are currently offered in Northern VA, Charleston WV, Raleigh NC and the Amethyst Center near Roanoke VA.
