Take a paper and a pen and express your emotional world until you feel psychologically unburdened and ready to move forward in life.Write this as an Angel Letter to the cause of your emotional storm. Address an envelope to the Angel of the person/ situation and insert your letter.. Send it to them by burning it. Their Angel will deliver the essence of the letter.
