At the last Crystal Spa and Grids Workshop at the Amethyst Center we were all totally spaced out due to incoming solar flare energy. In the week before three of our council members could not even retain the simplest thoughts. And a psychic friend was sent to the hospital babbling nonsense.  The doctors found nothing wrong!!!!!   NOT good!!!! You may be experiencing headaches, ear ringing, insomnia, clumsiness, feeling like your crown chakra was burned out, stomach troubles etc. yourself. These are solutions that worked for us. 

After finishing with these techniques at the Crystal Spa and Grids workshop we were back to our chipper clear thinking selves. Yea! I'm so happy to think clearly and get my energy back in balance!!!!! Try these. They will help. Promise. Or come to a Crystal Spa Grid workshop in your area.

Cleansing with the Violet Flame Net of Michael the Archangel

The violet flame has been used throughout time as a cleansing and transformative energy discipline. Even  mainstream “weight loss” meditation tapes use the violet flame.  Many people associate the violet flame meditations with Saint Germaine and Archangel Michael. The color violet calls the energy of healing masters and transmutes negativity.  It is said that the mechanism of the ascension process is the violet flame!  The violet flame in matter is represented by the amethyst. This correlates with the Amethyst Bio grid project, a project of the students and shamanic practitioner friends of the Amethyst Center 

The real “Medicine” in this shamanic healing technique is the cleansing power of the color combined with your intent and the unlimited power of Archangel Michael.  When using the violet flame net,  choose a time at home or office when nobody else is about (early or late).  You might want to combine lavender herb and/or amethyst stones with your cleansing.  They carry the same frequency to enhance the practice.

First, you must power up using the Circular Earth Sun Breathing.  As you become more tuned into your breath, begin to visualize and feel a spiral of energy coming up from the consciousness  of the Earth.  Breathe through your nose on each in-breath bringing the Earth energy up your back.  On each out-breath through your mouth see and feel a spiral of energy coming down from the Sun which is connected to the Central Sun- Great Spirit.  Keep your tongue at the top of your mouth. Now say the Light Invocation:

The Light Invocation

I am the Light, the Light is within me

The Light Moves throughout me

The  Light supports me, the Light protects me

I am the Light (say invocation at least 3x)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you (at the end)

Space Cleansing - Ask Archangel Michael to help you clear the room and your body. Also ask for any beneficial specialists in space clearing to attend. First we’ll clear your work room.    Fill your body with energy.  Now send the extra energy out of your solar plexus or heart.  Let this energy begin to build in front of you as a large ball.  Now see and feel this energy turn into a violet flame that grows and grows to fill the room.  Let Archangel Michael cast down a net filled with violet flame and watch him pull it up to the Light to be transmuted and reused. He’ll repeat this as many times as needed. You can do the whole house with practice.  Sometimes the flame will change colors. That’s ok. It will change as needed.

Personal Cleansing - Now cleanse yourself with the Violet Flame Net of Michael the Archangel working from  head to feet on the whole body. Ask Michael the Archangel to help you and your other master healing angels. Muscle test that Michael Archangel  is there.  Do this with the crystal grid to clear environment toxicity below on your lower body. If you need to tape the crystals on.

1.    He throws the net  beneath your head  and pulls it up from  head to feet. You’ll see it glow brightly as it intersects in areas that need more clearing. Michael sends the nonbeneficial energy, matter ,entities or spirit attachment to higher dimensions to be recycled, transmuted and reused. You can affirm, “Any energy or entity, which is not for the highest good, be gone and go to the Light”. 

2.    Then the netting is reduced to pick up cellular size dark non beneficial energy, matter or entities. The netting also picks up cancer cells, viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, chemicals not beneficial to you as it goes. And again Michael pulls the net up through your body and clears the debris sending it to be recycled in the Light.

3.    The net is reduced to pick up DNA size anomalies and re-calibrates your DNA to perfection. If you are up for more DNA strands to be reconnected then this also can be done.  The net is drawn through your body from feet to head. The non-beneficial energy and DNA mis-programming is sent by Michael Archangel to the Light.

4.    Finally the net clears non beneficial energy, entities or matter at the atomic levels. You’ll be clear through and through after doing this!!!!!

5.    You might  be able to see dark energies and entities coming out of your feet. Michael Archangel will send the non beneficial energy, matter or entities to the Source for transmutation and  recycling  I use this technique after teaching workshops to cleanse any energy picked up from students or the workshop location. You can use it in the same manner after being in big crowds or after encountering very negative situations, places or people.

6.    Then it is good re-clear your work space and  to use toning or dowsing to raise the energy of your work space.

7.    Recite the Light Invocation again  3 x to fill up with Light.

8.    Put on your Golden Egg Shield if going out in the world.

 Crystal Grid Meditation to clear environmental toxicity from your body

 Airborne pollutants of petroleum, pesticides, chemtrails,  cleaning chemicals, preservatives in foods, weed control chemicals are just a few of the challenges we face. Problems these produce are weak immune systems, sleep difficulties, behavior changes, asthma, eczema and chronic fatigue. Moonstone, rose quartz, lapis, aquamarine, sugelite, amethyst, and charoite (choose 3 of one type) and 3 clear crystal points are used to detoxify and balance the sacral chakra.  A healthy sacral chakra encourages flexibility of mental processes and relaxation. This simple layout balances all aspects of the sacral. This detoxifies and reduces tension.

1.    Select three of the same type stones from these type stones. We used amethysts very effectively with the clear quartz crystals. Moonstone, rose quartz, lapis, aquamarine, sugelite, amethyst, and/or charoite are the choices and also you need 3 clear crystal points

.   

2. Lie down and place three crystals  with points directed at your feet, between your navel and pubic bone in a downward pointing triangle.

3.    Place the three other stones in an arc with the central lowest stone placed on your pubic bone.  Relax 5-6 min. before getting up. This can be repeated at regular intervals once a week or once a month.

Planetary Consciousness Earth Goddess

We all bound into a closely interrelated system. Thus every being on Earth responds to changes in weather, climate, magnetic field, and others emotions. Recent surveys show a correlation between fluctuations in the Earth’s magnetic field and large scale human events. The concept of Gaia is a modern version of the Goddess of the Earth, the origin and sustainer of life. This net helps increase the awareness of how our lives and that of our planet are interconnected.

1.    Spread out a green cloth on the floor. You may put on a green light or spend a moment breathing green colored air.

2.    Position one labradorite  so when you lie down it will be just above your head. Place two more - one under each foot

3.    Space three more labs along each side of your body evenly spaced

4.    If you need grounding place a tourmaline below your feet at midline

5.    Place the Herkimer diamond on the center of your brow. Close your eyes and relax.

6.    After 4-5 min. climb out of the net. Remember to remove te Herkimer diamond from your brow.

7.    Cleanse the crystals and relax before resuming activities.

 The Golden Egg Personal Protective Shield

Like many of the techniques taught in Practical Shamanism the Golden Egg Personal Protective Shield came about out of necessity.  Spirit has a way of providing what we need if we are aware of the help we are getting.  In this case Cherokee medicine woman and psychic from St. Louis, Joyce Brown, carried the Golden Egg information to inspire Azurae and her students to start building a much more advanced shielding tool.  When you are a healer, teacher, counselor or way shower your needs for shielding are more important and complex.  During the Shift the increased energies of the planet are pushing negative baggage and heavy energy out of people and out of the planet to be cleared and healed.  So many people with heavy energy are acting out and releasing lots of negative energies.  Wars break out.  Road rage appears.

These clearing ways are a necessary part of our ascension to higher dimensional reality. The clearing must happen. But this negativity tsunami can be overwhelming.  There is also an overabundance of electromagnetic energy depleting fog from computers, cell phones, florescent lights and government black operations which lower our personal energy, deplete our auras, and lower our immune systems.  That’s why we need to use this technique often.

 

The Outer Golden Layer of the Shield

The golden egg on the outside of your shield is infused by the light of the Sun which is connected to Great Spirit/The Great Central Sun.  It sparkles with a golden/copper light. It keeps the shield and you charged up. It deflects electromagnetic influences from ET’s and from the energy fog of electronics, microwave signals etc. which weaken us. It acts as a bounce back mechanism for energy sent to you. But first the energy entering the shield is transmuted by the other layers of the shield.

We recently added the cobalt blue layer inside the golden egg to deflect ET and other non-beneficial energy manipulation. Penny and I noticed that our dowsing programs were getting the wrong answers. A naughty shaman was messing with planetary healing work and was disrupting the Spirit in Nature in our region. The Nature Spirits were very unhappy. Like most bullies, the Naughty Shaman does not work alone but receives directions and power from negative entities in other dimensions and/or from non-beneficial ETs. When the Cobalt blue was added the answers were correct again. So the Mayan’s were correct in using this in their temples to protect their ceremonies from outside manipulation. Let us thank our ancestors for their inspiration!

The Inner Pink Love Light Grid

Inspired by the pink love light testing technique a passion pink screen was added to the shield to change negative energy to positive. That means that negative energy entering your shield is changed to positive love energy and bounced back out to the sender. Sociopathic people want to receive negative energy back. Perhaps they never received positive affirmation as a child for good deeds only getting attention when they acted out negatively. Or like the Naughty Shaman, they could be under the influence of others entities. At any rate I have found the negative energy bounce back to the sender from old school shielding techniques makes the bullies stronger. So old school shields that bounce back negativity to psychic attackers or psychic vampires really don’t make good scientific sense. You send them the pink love light back and they lose interest or maybe they will even get some healing. They are not receiving their desired negative energy bounce back. Thus by using the Golden Egg shield you act as a vehicle to transmute negative energies to love and bounce it back to the planet when shield is turned on. This love generation is the true purpose of an eco-shaman.

 Steps to Building your Golden Egg Shield

First, Power Up using circular Earth/Sun breathing or the Triangle Sun Stance.

Imagine and intend a bright shining golden/copper egg shape around your body. It is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom just like your aura. Infuse it with the energy of the sun until it glows and buzzes with energy. Know that it protects you and acts as a bounce back mechanism.

Imagine and intend a layer inside of the golden outer shell of cobalt blue. This is the color of Mother Earth. Know that this transmutes the acid energy of hate, anger, fear, shame, blame and other non-beneficial energies and turns them into beneficial energy for you and your environment.

Imagine and intend an inside layer of passion pink. Turn this into a grid or screen. When energy comes into you it is bounced out to the sender and the environment as love. This either gives healing to the sender or the sender loses interest in you because you are not sending back their desired negative energy.

Muscle test to make sure that you shield is up. Ask on a scale of one to ten, tem being the strongest my shield is powered up to ___________. If you are not at ten, power up again and repeat.

The more you use this shield the longer it will stay up. Anchor a trigger to automatically put your shield to the max when going to Wal-Mart, the mall, a hospital, jail, church, bar or other public place where there are lots of people in close contact, there are electromagnetic fields and/or lots of emotional clearing going on.

If you have a healing partner you can muscle test your shield by cutting a slanting line across the midline down from right shoulder to left foot. Normally this would make you weak and your arm would go down when muscle tested. If you muscle test after this and your arm is strong them you have mastered the shielding technique. Give yourself applause!

Now and then give thanks 3x for the help from the Central Sun, Mother Earth, Joyce Brown, the ancestors, Azurae, Penny, the Spirit in Nature, the Healing Angels and the White Light Brotherhood for inspiring this technique. What we bless, blesses us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Fall Harvest Indian Ceremony and the 7 Miracles Made

 The Fall Harvest Ceremony was full of miracles both great and small.  I could feel the medicine begin way before the event. For example during the week before we had six lovely volunteers help prepare the land and barn for the festivities. It is my constant prayer to have the resources in ordinary reality and from other dimensions to get the job done and we had this in spades. Thank you Spirit!!!!!!!!!

The day started with five early birds, mostly our Amethyst Center Council, who made the prayer flags for each direction, east-spiritual, south-emotional, west-physical, north-mental, Mother Earth, Father Sky and the Spirit within which we tie up on the directional poles. We use sacred tobacco and put prayers into it as it is tied into the flags. We also had five legal eagle feathers tied to the directional poles. Two hawk feathers were on the Mother Earth and Father Sky directional poles.

 First Miracle…. The senior members of the Council called in the directions with me and to our amazement the wind blew in from each direction as we prayed.  This is real big medicine!!!!!! Like Grandfather William Commanda used to do!!! And a portent of things to come.  Second miracle…..Also two hawks played around the circle as we called on the directions with hawk feathers!!!!!!! It’s very unusual to have hawks so close because the multitude of crows that live here usually chase hawks off ASAP.  

 Miracle # 3…. We had no purple cloth for the Spirit Within…Divine Center….the Christ Consciousness. For some reason I asked Penny if she had some…. Amazingly she did as it was left over from a quilt that Lori just delivered to her that day.  Now how many people have purple cotton cloth in their cars???? Come on!!!!

 

Next we went to the Amethyst Angel Meditation garden for the Dragon attunement and radiation clearing way for the Pacific.  We sang a few warm up and calling in songs to build the already very high energy.  We called in the eco-dragons of the directions there and Mary Ann Walker channeled a harp tune for each one. Very effective!!!!!!! A number of folks heard other drums besides ours. We were so honored for Rev. Grandmother Diane Elliott to return to the circle after a long absence. She told the best the creation story I’ve heard as well as the story of the tree sisters, corn, beans and squash. Fourth miracle…We distinctly heard an Eagle Bone whistle! This is a big time blessing from the Bird tribes.

Our intent for working with the Eco-dragons is to build a cosmic cloud…or morphic field of the Pacific being cleared and in pristine healthy condition. Then ordinary reality can be built from the realm of spirit that we seed with our intent.  We powered up first and protected the area with a corn boundary as well as the blue bubble. In the journey I led we each met a dragon guide and with his/her permission merged with him/her. Some participants actually looked thru the dragon’s eyes… a very advanced technique. Penny Best, who is our Dragon Queen, then completed the journey with what she was seeing as the dragons played with us.  Following this all 18 earth keeper participants experienced the White Light Brotherhood Dragon Attunement so that they could continue to work at deep levels with the Eco-dragons for Earth keeping. Then we made our way to the Serpent Mound Rug and walked to the spot on it that felt he best. It is marked with the sacred stages of soul evolution. We called in our dragon guides, merged with them and asked that the dragons work together in threes and fours to neutralize the radiation.  At the end everyone felt very successful in this adventure.  Every person in the group had a very powerful and clear experience. Our eco-dragon work will continue.  As we earth keepers the eco-dragons are our greatest allies! And there will be many opportunities coming up for us to exercise our skills.

 

Next we moved to the ceremonial circle.  There were 23 of us by that time.  Penny spread the corn meal around the circle for blessings and protection.  Graduated apprentice, Polly Branch, our fire keeper, led a crew in gathering our seven woods and building the ceremonial fire.  She then built a cornmeal medicine wheel in the fire pit and prayed tobacco into each direction of it. Then the directional logs are set, the wood is piled up and lit from each direction. It burned wonderfully and warmed us up considerably. The calling in and healing songs and drums were powerful. We learned a new song which really rocked! We passed the talking stick and each person told of their experience in the dragon journey.  Fifth miracle…..About that time I looked at the fire and a strange looking stick had morphed into a dragon complete with eyes that opened and closed!!!!!! Vivya got some great photos of it.
 

 

 

Finally it was time to do the harvest dance. Sixth miracle…..As we waited in line an eagle flew over and called!!!!!!! Too much!!!!!! This year we danced around not only Indian Corn but also, apples, herbs and squash singing an ancient Cherokee green corn song. It is a couple’s dance where you pantomime picking up the harvest and putting it in a basket. Finally you really do get to fill your basket in a mad scramble amid lots of laughs. What fun we have! Holding our overflowing baskets we spoke words of gratitude for our blessings.

Then we sat back down so each person could put their own tobacco prayers in the sacred fire. And we did some distance healing for loved ones by visualizing them in the fire. We sang Wane Ho our traditional Seneca closing healing and blessing song and our silly Circle of Love closing song, finishing with woops of joy and hugs all around. 
 

 

Then we opened up the blanket for the giveaway.  It was the best selection of gifts ever and as usual the synchronicities abounded. Each participant must tell why they brought their spiritual gift, what it meant to them spiritually and the receiver must tell why they picked the gift. It’s our way of exercising the laws of reciprocity and abundance.  This is the true meaning of our harvest in the garden of life. Plus its lots of fun too. Finally our ravenous crowd chowed down on the best pot luck ever! We were happy campers.

Later we found that Shaman Manin and crew had been working up on the Peaks of Otter and had hit an energy wall causing them to stay there rather than making it to the ceremony at the Amethyst Center. The Peaks are our relay stations to the Amethyst Bio Grid which we have built all over the world at sacred places. It is now 63 points strong.  Seventh Miracle….without any verbal contact with us, they built a grid which helped broadcast our work around the world even better!!!!

This is why we do ceremony. This is why we are earthkeepers. Thank you Spirit! Keep those miracles coming!!!!!!!

Making the blue bubble property shield

How to make the Sophia Cobalt Blue Orb - Sacred Space and Property Protection

This technique was inspired for a specific time of need when many of the Amethyst Center practitioners were under psychic attack. Spirit led us to a book about the Star Nations relationship with American Indians. It was found that Incas and   Maya used a cobalt blue paint made of Lapis to cover the roofs of the  holiest rooms in their temples. They did this to protect from outside intrusion by people, and non-beneficial ET interference. We need help because this is still occurring today—more so because of the Shift.

Another part of the technique came from the ancient Coptics who did a remote viewing project to see  Creation.  An ancient  book was found recently which gave the results of their findings.  The Coptics saw  positive and negatively charged creator beings in the middle of the Galaxy. They were huge beyond imagination and were described as giant dragons or Serpents of Light.

Their job was creating planets, galaxies and Universes.  Always they worked in pairs of positive and negative. The male who created Earth was called Christos and the female was Sophia. Sophia fell in love with her creation, Earth, and she spiraled down to Earth to get a closer look. She then merged with Earth so that we are one of the few organic planets in existence who is a living thinking being, our Mother Earth.

Steps to making your Blue Sophia Orb:

1. Imagine Sophia and Christos in the middle of the galaxy creating universes and planets.

2. See a beam of light running from the galaxy center/Universal Mind/Great Central Sun/Great Spirit communicating to the  Earth’s Sun.

3. See Sophia or the soul of Mother Earth as a Great Serpent of Light at Earth’s Center.

4. Stand with feet a shoulder length apart. Rotate your hips counterclockwise like a hula hoop with your hands parallel to the ground. Spiral up a cobalt blue energy through the Earth from Sophia and pull it up your back and out of the top of your head making a vortex of cobalt blue. The cobalt blue reflects Earth as a blue planet as seen from space.

5. Form a cobalt blue ball above your head. Let it grow as you spiral counterclockwise.

6. Now hold your hands up to the Sun and rotate your hips clockwise. Let the Sun’s energy (which is connected to the Great Central Sun or Great Spirit) spiral through your crown.

7. Bring this energy down through your body and out of your feet, root and hands and into the ground. Let it flow through all the layers of the Earth until it connects with Sophia. Let the two energies mix and mate. In this way we are helping balance the male and female energies of the Earth.

8. Spiral counter clockwise once again bringing the cobalt blue energy of  the Sophia soul center from  Earth up through your body and out your crown.

9. Let the blue orb grow larger and larger until it covers your home, property, workplace or car.

10. If working in a group you can combine orbs to make one huge one.

11. Let the cobalt blue orb cover the top of your property. Then run it down the sides and then under your property so half the orb is above the ground and half below.

12. Intend that only beneficial energies and entities may enter. All acid     energies of hate, fear, anger, shame and blame are transmuted to beneficial energies by the cobalt blue energies of Sophia.

13. On the inside of the cobalt blue orb put a golden pyramid above and below the ground. Connect the top to the Sun and the Great Central Sun/Great Spirit. With an energy chord. Connect the bottom to Sophia/the consciousness of Mother Earth with an energy chord.  Spin the pyramid for solar flare days. This keeps the Cobalt Blue Sophia Orb strong and keeps your property connected to the Sources of All that Is.

14. Give thanks to all your Spiritual helpers, Angels, the Spirit of Nature, Sophia, Christos, the Sun, the Great Central Sun and Great Spirit for helping you. Do this three times. Thank you, thank you, thank you…..

Soul Retrieval - A Sign of the Shift

Have you ever heard someone say “I have never been the same since a certain (negative) event happened”? Have you ever seen someone with blank dead eyes with little light coming from them? That probably means soul loss has occurred!  Most shamanic cultures around the world believe that illness is due to the loss of soul parts. So when the shaman retrieves and restores the lost soul parts - mental, emotional spiritual and physical heath can be restored. In this time of higher and higher frequencies on Mother Earth, people are Shifting up and recognizing that something is missing in their lives. And they are seeking to fill the holes in themselves in both healthy and unhealthy ways according to their knowledge and soul path of learning.

  Mother Earth is calling her children home. The high frequency of this Shift has set up a situation where lost soul parts are waiting in line to be retrieved and returned to their home.  This is a new occurrence that has happened in the last two years, perhaps in sync with the Galactic alignment of Dec. 21, 2012. As Dannion Brinkley, lightning shaman, near death experiencer and author says, “We chose to be born now and we were chosen to be here in this auspicious time as helpers and healers.” It is truly a time of soul ascension. Soul Retrieval plays a very important part in this!

 It is time to come back home again to live in the Light and live fully and wholly on Mother Earth. The way showers among us are choosing to co-create the world we want to live in the 5^th World of Light. To do this we must magnetize our Planetary New Golden Age and our personal best possible futures by having much more complete soul energy frequencies. This means we must  return our lost soul parts, loose our heavy hucha energies, release those who have traumatized us from the chords which bind us together  and retrieve and reintegrate the Light of our lost Soul parts within our cells, molecules and heart soul center. Then we can fully share our Light as part of the Galactic Community. So NOW is REALLY the time for the return of the Shamen and Soul Retrieval to the people and the planet. “We are the ones we have been waiting for!” say the Hopi.
Soul loss is a survival tactic that helps us survive pain. For instance, part of your soul might fragment or disassociate rather than feeling the massive pain of hitting a rock wall in a car wreck. So, in fact, it is truly a soul’s divinely intelligent and natural way of coping and NOT a negative thing. The Spirit in Nature has such enormous intelligence in balancing and harmonizing our souls’ progression up the Spiral of Ascension. Soul Loss is part of Nature’s plan.
When someone suffers an emotional or physical trauma a part of our soul flees the body to survive. Our souls are the essence of the self, the vital life force energy that keeps us alive and thriving. Types of trauma resulting in soul loss would be an accident, a severe shock, war trauma, being a victim of a natural disaster or terrorist act, or abusive relationship.  Surgery, addictions, divorce, death of a loved one, and moral dilemmas may also cause soul loss. Abuse in any form is a likely cause of soul loss too. Occasionally someone might even intentionally steal a soul part from another person. What might cause soul loss in one person may not even affect another person. We are all very unique in this according to the soul path and lessons we signed on to master.

Usually a lost soul part does not come back by itself.  In fact it may not even know the trauma has passed and that it is safe to return. And one could be so young when this trauma occurred that he or she can’t even remember the soul loss event.  So usually the shaman must seek the lost soul part in non ordinary reality and return it to the body of the client.
Where do these lost soul parts go? Shamans know that a piece of the soul leaves the body and goes to another dimension which is called in shamanism, non-ordinary reality. I believe that as we shift up and move out of the 3^rd dimension and closer and closer to the 5th dimension, Soul retrievals will become easier and easier. Ten years ago it seems a shamanic practitioner was lucky to retrieve two lost parts.  To retrieve up to 6 in one healing session for a client is now possible for me and my clients.  Non-ordinary reality is changing!

 

 Ordinarily the lost soul part waits until someone intervenes in the spiritual realms and facilitates its return. Soul retrieval was once a fairly difficult task and it took a fair degree of shamanic mastery to do it.  However, since the frequency of the planet has risen so high during the Shift, now many lost soul parts seem to be waiting in line to be returned.  I see this often when I do Soul Petroglyph Portraits. These charcoal and pastel drawings illustrate the perfection of the soul’s blueprint in petroglyphic symbols, colors, totems, angels, elements and ancestors. At the conclusion of the drawing I use the frequency of the soul’s perfect blueprint to magnetize lost soul parts back into the body easily. And the client can use the Soul Portrait in the same way to return lost soul parts using a triangular hand mudra over the art. The Returning these lost soul parts is a very important part of our ascension process. And having a way to do do-it-yourself soul retrieval is very important now!

Some of the more common symptoms of soul loss are dissociation - feeling not fully in your body and alive and not fully engaged in life. Other symptoms include chronic depression, suicidal tendencies, post traumatic stress syndrome, immune deficiency problems, and grief that just do not heal. Addictions are also a sign of soul loss as we seek external sources to fill up the empty spaces inside of us whether through substances, food, relationships, work, or buying material objects.

Because our modern material culture is so disassociated from and ignorant of our soul health - we create patterns that go back thirty or forty years without healing. Thus we relive our first trauma, or core trauma, over and over again.  In shamanic cultures these traumas are caught early, often within a few days, so the soul health of the individual and the community culture is restored with little damage.  I have seen original core traumas going back through many lifetimes to be relived over and over in varying traumatic incidents until they are cleared and the soul parts retrieved….Same soap opera, different characters in different times. For instance a sailor, who was drowned tragically in an ancient  past life sea battle, might in the next life express this trauma  again as a submarine worker in fear of the sea, chronic bronchitis and lung cancer.

 In such a case I would suggest a core trauma release and soul retrieval that goes through the present and past back to the far past to heal the original trauma. The idea being that if you clear the original trauma and that of the present, the rest in between will clear themselves. In Core Trauma Release I work with shamanic journey, neurolinguistic programming and shamanizing with the help of the Spirit in Nature, the White Light Masters, the Angels of healing, and the soul of myself and the client.  Breath work, drumming, sacred song and energy medicine also assist this pattern to be cleared in body, mind, spirit and emotion. Then the repeating soap opera of that trauma is happily ended. Soul Retrieval is easily completed. And with aftercare and lifestyle change, health, happiness and well being can be restored.
When we put money and greed over life you can really see how much soul loss there is on the planet today and how much we are out of balance as a society. There are so many takers of life now, both literally and metaphysically, that many people feel like giving up. Evil is live spelled backwards. Those who heartlessly rape and pillage Mother Earth’s resources and take her life force - disrespect their Earth Mother as well as spoil their home and family future. They are surely experiencing and acting out of soul loss. Those materialists who numbly buy and buy things to find happiness to fill the gaping hole left by soul loss will never EVER fill it. Let us pray for those beings to return their lost parts home!  This is the true great disease of the 21^st century. Only soul retrieval will mend this hole. And as we retrieve our lost soul parts, and are fully in our bodies NOW, we help to heal others as we are all connected energetically and are resonating together harmonically. Heal yourself. Heal the planet! There is hope!
In Core Trauma Release with Soul Retrieval it is most important to address how the trauma is held in spirit, emotional, physical and mental bodies. The Medicine of Wheel Life contains these in its four quadrants. Various people hold trauma in differing ways. Using the Medicine Wheel as a metaphor we can determine which area is weakest.  During Soul Retrieval in Core Trauma Release the client is coached in earth sun circular breathing so they stay powered up for the shamanic journey as I play the heartbeat on the drum. They are led through present, past and far past with a spiraling drum beat and instructed in NLP clearing ways to erase present and past life trauma from the Mental Body as the White Light Spirit Doctors work on them in the Spiritual, Emotional, Physical Bodies. Sometimes the Little People Energy Medicine Workers give an assist. I also clear and heal the chakra holding cellular trauma from the Core Trauma with energy medicine. Then in the shamanic journey the clients have an opportunity to talk to their non-ordinary Journey Guide or Totem to find the soul meaning or lesson from the trauma. 

 Only then do I journey to the dimension where the lost soul parts are held and coax them home. Then I blow the lost soul parts back into the body, integrating them into the cells, molecules, DNA and into the soul heart center.  The Light of the Soul as it enters the body looks like many tiny points of light much like the Star Trek beaming up light. I tell the client to see a light version of their body descending into their body. Sometimes this looks like their adult body.  Or perhaps it might look like a teen or young child depending on when the trauma occurred. Occasionally the Soul Light Body might look like someone of a different sex or even like an ancient warrior from a past life.

 The client connects to this Light using any metaphor which occurs to them. The client focuses on this metaphor as I blow the returned soul essence back into them. I ask clients breathe deeply as they absorb the Light of their Soul into every cell and molecule. Using rattles, drums, sacred geometry and healing songs I seal the soul parts back in the body. I also cut non beneficial chords to situations or people which may or may not be relevant to the trauma which precipitated the soul loss. And I may SEE with my shaman’s eyes any timeline trauma ropes, etheric nets, swords, arrows or spirit attachments and remove them from the body. When these are removed I ask the angels to fill the gaps with energetic angel honey which heals any wound from the inside out. When the client comes out of their journey, they look in the mirror and they immediately see much more Light coming from their eyes, the seat of the soul!!!!! It is an amazing and powerful immediate change!  Sometimes there are actually physical changes in the body too!

 Then the client and I debrief and share the visions we saw during their healing journey. They drink some “magic energized healing water” to rehydrate and so do I.  Core trauma release and soul retrieval requires a lot of energy and this is a lot of work!!!!  Often we see different versions or details of the same story. We may use muscle testing to verify any  details we might not be clear on during the core trauma journey.  I write some of the journey details and give them to the client for further meditation. For homework the client must look into a mirror directly into their own eyes for ten days and say, “I love you and welcome home!” to each soul part that has been retrieved. They do this to cement the lost soul parts in with love which is the glue of the soul. And I suggest that they take sea salt baths and drink lemon water  to clear toxins kicked out during the journey and soul retrieval.

Now it is time for aftercare.  The client must change unhealthy lifestyles to create a healthy life style and attract healthy relationships. The goal is wholeness and a life filled with healing. The client must begin to police their thoughts because we attract what we think. They must set goals for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. And act on them. They must ask themselves, “How do I best use all the returned vitality I have?  How can I use this renewed personal energy to build a positive present and future for myself, my family and community? How do I thrive? What is my passion? What is my soul path?” Long term healing after soul retrieval depends on these life style and changes in thought patterns.
