In one session I saw a dark sludge lifted from Earth and people. Archangel Michael then transmuted it. Very good stuff! We have previously closed or filtered portals where non beneficial entities were coming in. Some of them are on mounds or near them.

Case Study of a Shamanic Distance Healing

DISTANCE HEALING CASE STUDY

Finally I've mastered doing my shamanic healing services distantly!!!!!  Clients and I make an appointment for a phone call. We talk on the phone and I teach and give a play by play as the White Light Masters, Chief Healing Angels and Little People Medicine Men do their healings. My distance healing session last afternoon for a client in Michigan included clearing his property of hundreds of spirits, non beneficial entities and energjes and upping its energy to a healthy frequency. We also cleared his solar plexus and shielded it as well as cutting non beneficial chords. We aided soul retrieval and made an  explanation of the meaning of the returned soul part and the life lived by that person in history. I also taught him Earth Sun breathwork, Blue Bubble Property Protection. And I reinforced the Golden Egg Alchemical Shield Blueprint for him. His problem was a psychic vampire was draining his energy and manipulating  him.  The client is an extremely high empath. And he also had strange energy at his intentional community property. After I dowsed it clear and upped the energy to health,  I also checked for harmonious relations w the local nature spirits,  non beneficial portals, and noxious energies at his property.  This seemed to be ok. 

A very common problem theae days is solar plexus blockage. The solar plexus is a communication center and high empaths  are particulary apt to have challenges  there in these times of change. When I and the Little People Medicine Men were clearing and readjusting his solar plexus...I used the solar plexus essential oil blend from my my Jaqueline Dorman Chackra kit. I annointed the solar plexus stone of the kit, my solar plexus, the Solar Plexus  Gateway Healing Medicine Bag and him remotely.  I blew the oil to him thru the phone and he smelled its citrusy odor!  VERY GOOD!  When I cleared the solar plexus he said it pushed his body back. The Little People do most of the work digging out the brownish yellow heavy solar plexus  energy w little beach shovels and pails which they transmute to pure energy. He could feel when I pulled the rope like lines of heavy energy out. Underneath all that was a program implant which caused a non beneficial karmic pattern from life to life. If these implants  appear it means that part of your karmic lessons are over and ready to be removed. This frees you up to move forward in the lessons of the solar plexus and aids your ascension in consciousness. Clearing the solar plexus gifts you with much better and clearer empathic knowledge.   Finally the client looked at his solar plexus and it was orange yellow. Not quite lemon yellow but much better. The frequency was so high I didnt want to overdo it and fry me or the client. Better to finish in another session. We finish with Golden Egg Shielding!

I follow up the sessions with  how to handouts for the core shamanic practices and advice to do the "I love you and Welcome Home" Soul Retrieval Mirror work for 10 days, Epsome salt baths and lemon water drinking. And also suggested is journaling  of downloaded information for at least two weeks as this work is time released.

I'm very happy to finally figure our how to offer all that the Spirit Doctors and I do distantly. Its taken a while for me to master this. You have to be able to hold a lot of energy stable to travel to the client and stay there fot 1.5 hrs. I think thisinmproved ability is partly due to my personal frequency rise and partly the much higher planetary frequency that enables the process. But its a breeze for the Spirit Docs as there is no time or space for them (or for us really)  and they are doing more and more of the work w me giving a play by play to the client.

Let’s Begin!!!   Steps for your PRACTICE

 In Native America we call “making Medicine” as anything we can do to help or to heal.  Before we “make Medicine” as practitioners of Practical Shamanism, we follow time proven steps for our own safety, for a more effective practice and to maintain harmony and balance in nature.  These steps are:

1.    Release ego, become a hollow bone, a clear channel

2.    Power Up

3.    Cleanse and protect your practice space

4.    Align yourself with your Personal God Source

5.    Make your “Medicine” for helping or healing

6.    Release negativity.  Clear yourself and your space

7.    Recharge, Give Thanks and Know that all is in Divine Order

 We can talk about releasing ego and becoming a hollow bone, but talk is cheap.  This work is not an intellectual pursuit, but a fairly gut retching painful job in the real world.  The Shaman’s doorway is the heart.  The step of releasing ego and becoming a hollow bone is often the result of a Shaman’s death experience.  Near Death Experiences, loss of personal possessions and other tragedies finally bring us to the point of Letting Go and Letting God.  In traditional shamanic cultures, vision quests, prayer vigils on mountain tops and other strenuous rites of passage in non-ordinary reality moved the process along. 

Right now, I find that the biggest block to our becoming hollow bones is lack of forgiveness by us to others.  Therefore, we will focus on forgiveness processes and other ancient and modern ways to release painful memories, core trauma and emotional blockages as we move further along in the practice and in the path to becoming hollow bones.

As a matter of practicality we will begin the study with the basics of powering up with circular breath.  Then balancing and building clarity with triangular smudging will be studied.  Also, the practice of clearing and cleansing your energy body (aura) and your living space is very important to beginners and advance students.  After all, you brush your teeth each morning to avoid tooth decay.  Equally important, is to avoid your own energy decay and that of others while you are on a fast track of shamanic learning.  To pray, heal, meditate, gain dreamtime knowledge, vision and live in balance, these practices are most valuable because the higher frequency energy required in these practices begins with clarity in mind, body and environment.

Circular Transformative Breath and Triangular Smudging

The First Few Steps Through the Shaman’s Doorway

Several years ago, during a shamanic journey, I was flown on White Eagle’s back to a large nest overlooking the world.  White Eagle is a Spirit Doctor, an ancient master shaman who vowed to stay close to Earth after his death in order to help and heal.  He is the superintendent of the White Eagle School of Shamanic Healing Arts. His special gift to my students is as a matchmaker between master healers in the spirit world and healers working in our reality so that these “spirit doctors” can continue to work through us.  When he finds a frequency match, an alliance begins.  In this way we can reclaim “lost knowledge” and invent creative answers to new health challenges with the help of masters who have gone before.

I was told by White Eagle to brief you on two basic disciplines for building power and awareness and for building clarity in your dreams and visions.  These disciplines are the first steps Through the Shaman’s Doorway.  These disciplines are those on which all future knowledge is built and help in the process of gaining and cementing ties to your Spirit Doctors, animal, plant and stone allies.  These disciplines are circular transformative breathing and triangular smudging. 

I first became aware of circular transformative breathing through reading an interview with Dhyani Ywahoo, a Cherokee medicine woman, founder of the Sunray Meditation Society, Chief of the Green Mountain Cherokee, and author of Voices of Our Ancestors – Cherokee Teachings from the Wisdom Fire.  When she said that one way Cherokee people stay young looking is the use of this discipline, I said, “That’s for me!”.  My vanity led me to take a step which would forever change my life for the better.  As my own practice of circular breath grew, I increased my ability to stay clear, focused and strong in shamanic journey, meditation, dreamwork and in my healing practice.  The practice has also helped me to stay young looking and acting.  I’ve since found this same discipline in use by many other shamanic cultures.  It closely resembles practices taught by monks from Tibet who practice ancient Atlantean knowledge.

Truth is Truth anywhere!  Real truth is usually simple.  It abides by the Universal Laws of Nature and is available to all who can tune into their celestial and DNA broadcasting stations!  Complicated teachings are man’s ego making simple natural laws difficult.  This simple technique can help you stay stable while the rest of the world is shaken up by earthquake energy, electromagnetic field shifts, and other natural and manmade disasters.  Think about it.  Where on a globe is the most stable point?  The center is, of course.  So, if you have an energy axis anchored to the core of the Earth and one to the Sun or Grandmother Moon, wouldn’t you be more stable in turbulent times?

Circular Transformat⁴ive Breathing

The first step in circular breathing is to sit erect in a straight back chair with legs uncrossed or sit on the ground.  Imagine all the tensions of the day draining from the top of your head down through your body and exiting in a spiral from your root chakra and feet into the molten core/center of the Earth to be transmuted.  Second, on the in-breath, actively draw energy from the Earth’s center, spiraling through the many layers of rock, dirt, underground water, through the floor to the root, up your back, through the spine to the top of your head.  This energy trail is the River of Life.  Third, on the out-breath, allow in a passive receptive state, the energy from Father Sky, the Sun, Moon and Celestials to flow down the front River of Life of your body from head to root.  Begin again the in-breath up your back.  When you have the visualization down, begin to breathe to the count of 7 up, hold 4, 7 down, hold 4, etc.  Also breathe in your nose and out of your mouth.

 It is very important to keep the tip of your tongue right behind your teeth at the roof of your mouth so as to make a complete circuit of energy on the front of your circle.  It is helpful to see and feel the circle as bright neon and make the pathway of energy easier to follow.  In class I will trace this circle with my intent, visualization and rattle or drum to build a stronger path for you to follow.  As in everything, practice makes perfect.  Do this for ten minutes each day and you’ll be refreshed, energized and glow like a light bulb!

 Since the illusion of disease comes from a disharmony in the natural pattern of our perfection, and manifests in a lack or trauma of our energy field, building and reinforcing our River of Life with Circular Breathing can go a long way in helping a body correct its own imbalances.  Because we engage in an active pulling up on the in-breath from the core of the Earth and a passive flowing down of energy from a celestial on the out-breath, we also balance our male/female energies in this practice.  So I think you can see why this is such a good place to start your experience of Practical Shamanism. And powering up and grounding during these turbulent  times is always a good idea!

The New 2020 Edition of the Golden Egg Alchemical Shield

 The Golden Egg Personal Alchemical Shield

Like many of the techniques taught in Practical Shamanism,  the Golden Egg Personal Alchemical Shield came about out of necessity...layer by layer over many years. Spirit has a way of providing what we need if we are aware of the help we are getting.  In this case Cherokee medicine woman and psychic from St. Louis, Joyce Brown, carried the first bit of information about the Golden Egg and inspired Azurae and her students to start building a much more advanced alchemical shielding tool.

When you are a healer, teacher, counselor, empath or way shower your needs for shielding are more important and complex.  During the Ascension Shift the vastly increased energies and frequencies of the planet are pushing negative baggage and heavy energy out of people and out of the planet itself to be cleared and healed.  So many people with heavy energy are acting out and releasing lots of negative energies.  Wars break out.  Road rage appears.  Riots happen. Stormy personal relations occur. Pandemic fears take hold. Its easy to get overwhelmed. Thus the need for a shield like the Golden Egg.

The pushing out and clearing of heavy energies are a necessary part of our ascension to higher 5D dimensional reality. The clearing must happen for us to rise up in consciousness and embrace our place in 5D reality! The infected wound of mass consciousness must be lanced and healed!

Especially for sensitive people this energetic tsunami can be quite overwhelming.  Additionally there is also an overabundance of electromagnetic energy coming in from the Sun and galactic sources  putting all of us on system overload with Ascension Symptoms.   Then there is the depleting EMF energy fog from computers, cell phones, florescent lights, 5G and government black operation energy weapons. These lower our personal energy system as well as deplete our auras making us susceptible to spirit attachments and psychic manipulations. Plus it lowers our immune systems. There is a direct correlation between the rise of EMF  electrical pollution and cancer for instance.  That’s why we need to use this technique every day.

The Outer Golden Layer of the Shield

The golden egg on the outside of your shield is infused by the light of the Sun which is connected to Great Spirit/The Great Central Sun.  It sparkles with a golden/copper light. It keeps the shield and you charged up. It deflects electromagnetic influences from ET’s and from the energy fog of electronics, microwave signals and artificial intelligence etc. which weaken us. It acts as a bounce back deflection mechanism for energy sent to you. But first the energy entering the shield is transmuted by the other layers of the shield.

 The Middle Cobalt Blue Layer of the Shield

The cobalt blue layer inside the golden egg deflects ET and other non-beneficial energy manipulation and neutralizes the acid energy from hate, anger and fear turning it into healthy alkaline energy. The body thrives on an alkaline environment.  Cancers and viruses cannot grow in an akakine environment. 

THE BACK STORY: This is how this layer  was invented.  Penny and I noticed that our dowsing programs were getting the wrong answers. We found out that a naughty shaman was messing with our planetary eco-shamanism healing work and was disrupting the Spirit in Nature in our region. The Nature Spirits were very unhappy. Like most bullies, the Naughty Shaman did not work alone but receives directions and power from negative Djinn entities in other dimensions and/or from non-beneficial ETs. When the Cobalt blue layer was added inside the golden copper mirror layer..... our dowsing answers were once again correct! At the onset of our dowsing problem I asked  for answers and magically the perfect  book fell into my hands to find answers. It was open to a page telling how the Mayans used Lapis cobalt blue paint to protect the holy rooms in their temples from manipulation and intrusion from outside negative forces. If it was good enough for the Mayan holy ones it was good enough for us to use to protect  and shield our body temples! Let us thank our ancestors for their inspiration!

The Inner Pink Love Light Grid

Inspired by the pink love light testing technique,  a passion pink screen was added to the shield to change nonbeneficial energy to healthy positive energy. That means that nonbeneficial  energy entering your shield is changed to positive healthy love energy and bounced back out to the sender as love. 

Sociopathic people want to receive negative energy back. Perhaps they never received positive affirmation as a child for good deeds only getting attention when they acted out negatively. Or like the Naughty Shaman, they could be under the influence of other entities who feed off of fear, anxiety, chaos, hate, and anger.  I have found the negative energy bounce back to the sender from old school mirror shielding techniques makes the bullies stronger. They feed off it! DON'T  FEED THE BEAST!

So old school shields that bounce back negativity to psychic attackers or psychic vampires really don’t make good scientific sense. You send them the pink love light back and they lose interest or maybe they will even get some healing. They are not receiving their desired negative energy bounce back.  They starve! Thus by using the Golden Egg shield you act as a vehicle to transmute negative energies to love and bounce it back to the planet when your shield is turned on. You become an eco-shamanic practitioner helping Mother Earth as well as yourself!

The Inner Violet Flame Super Hero Suit

Using the violet flame of St. Germaine you are able to transmute nonbeneficial energy and actually aid in the ascension process of yourself and the nearby environment. The violet flame is said to also be a principal tool of the planetary ascension process and during high ascension energy waves we will see the violet flames in the sky. This rare color is now seen often in the the Aurora  Borealis! This is a layer you place right next to your skin. It is full of purple violet flames. I envision it like a superhero suit. It's  your superpower! 

It was invented during a channeled healing for a client whose drug addicted sister was sucking out a lot of vital lifeforce energy from her. I have used this and it really  works for protecting me from psychic vampirism. 

As the energy comes through the layers of you egg it is neutralized and alkalized by cobalt blue. Then it picks up the pink love layer frequency and the violet flame frequency and bounces it back to the sender and around the immediate environment. When you use this you'll find higher frequency conscious people and situations are attracted to you. You repel non beneficial people and entities. And you help the environment ascend to a higher frequency thus aiding ascension! A true win win all the way around!

Steps to Build your Golden Egg Shield

First, Power Up using circular Earth/Sun breathing or the Triangle Sun Stance.

Imagine and intend a bright shining golden/copper egg shape around your body. It is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom just like your aura. Infuse it with the energy of the sun until it glows and buzzes with energy. Know that it protects you and acts as a bounce back mechanism.

Imagine and intend a layer inside of the golden outer shell of cobalt blue. This is the color of Mother Earth. Know that this transmutes the acid energy of hate, anger, fear, shame, blame and other non-beneficial energies and turns them into beneficial energy for you and your environment.

Imagine and intend an inside layer of passion pink. Turn this into a grid or screen. When energy comes into you it is bounced out to the sender and the environment as love. This either gives healing to the sender or the sender loses interest in you because you are not sending back their desired negative energy.  

Finally  add on your Violet Flame Super Hero suit and allow it to transmute and uplift energies coming in and seen it going out from the golden egg shield.

Muscle test to make sure that you shield is up. Ask on a scale of one to ten, ten being the strongest my shield is powered up to ___________. If you are not at ten, power up again and repeat.

The more you use this shield the longer it will stay up. Anchor a trigger to automatically put your shield to the max when going to Wal-Mart, the mall, a hospital, jail, church, bar or other public places where there are lots of people in close contact, there are electromagnetic fields and/or lots of emotional clearing going on. 

I like to put on my Golden Egg in the shower so I don't forget to do it. Attach this practice to something you do already every day!

If you have a healing partner you can muscle test your shield by cutting a slanting line across the midline down from right shoulder to left foot. Normally this would make you weak and your arm would go down when muscle tested. If you muscle test after this and your arm is strong them you have mastered the shielding technique. Give yourself applause!

Now and then give thanks 3x for the help from the Central Sun, Mother Earth, Joyce Brown, the ancestors, Azurae, Penny, the Spirit in Nature, the Healing Angels and the White Light Masters for inspiring and helping you with  this technique. DIRECTIONS: While doing this protect yourself by powering up with Earth Sun Breathwork inside a copper pyramid you build with visualization,  intent and emotion.  Invite the White Light Master to run his blinding White Light Ray to clear the ley lines. Fill the pyramid with silver with the Earth Sun Circular breath work.  Fill your lungs with silver each time you  beathe and let it deactivate any virus. Then breathe again and blow the silver thru the leylines around the world. Then the silver will be transmitted everywhere through the power spots and the Amethyst Biogrid we built previously. Repeat as intuition guides. Then power up and recharge again with Earth Sun Breathwork. And give thanks that we are well!

Circular Transformative Breath 

The First Few Steps Through the Shaman’s Doorway

 Several years ago, during a shamanic journey, I was flown on White Eagle’s back to a large nest overlooking the world.  White Eagle is a Spirit Doctor, an ancient master shaman who vowed to stay close to Earth after his death in order to help and heal.  He is the superintendent of the White Eagle School of Shamanic Healing Arts. His special gift to my students is as a matchmaker between master healers in the spirit world and healers working in our reality so that these “spirit doctors” can continue to work through us.  When he finds a frequency match, an alliance begins.  In this way we can reclaim “lost knowledge” and invent creative answers to new health challenges with the help of masters who have gone before.

 I was told by White Eagle to brief you on basic disciplines for building power and awareness and for building clarity in your dreams and visions.  These disciplines are the first steps Through the Shaman’s Doorway.  These disciplines are those on which all future knowledge is built and help in the process of gaining and cementing ties to your Spirit Doctors, animal, plant and stone allies.  This discipline is circular transformative breathing. 

 I first became aware of circular transformative breathing through reading an interview with Dhyani Ywahoo, a Cherokee medicine woman, founder of the Sunray Meditation Society, Chief of the Green Mountain Cherokee, and author of Voices of Our Ancestors – Cherokee Teachings from the Wisdom Fire.  When she said that one way Cherokee people stay young looking is the use of this discipline, I said, “That’s for me!”.  My vanity led me to take a step which would forever change my life for the better.  As my own practice of circular breath grew, I increased my ability to stay clear, focused and strong in shamanic journey, meditation, dreamwork and in my healing practice.  The practice has also helped me to stay young looking and acting.  I’ve since found this same discipline in use by many other shamanic cultures.  It closely resembles practices taught by monks from Tibet who practice ancient Atlantean knowledge.

 Truth is Truth anywhere!  Real truth is usually simple.  It abides by the Universal Laws of Nature and is available to all who can tune into their celestial and DNA broadcasting stations!  Complicated teachings are man’s ego making simple natural laws difficult.  This simple technique can help you stay stable while the rest of the world is shaken up by earthquake energy, electromagnetic field shifts, and other natural and manmade disasters.  Think about it.  Where on a globe is the most stable point?  The center is, of course.  So, if you have an energy axis anchored to the core of the Earth and one to the Sun or Grandmother Moon, wouldn’t you be more stable in turbulent times?

Circular Transformative Breathing

The first step in circular breathing is to sit erect in a straight back chair with legs uncrossed or sit on the ground.  Imagine all the tensions of the day draining from the top of your head down through your body and exiting in a spiral from your root chakra and feet into the molten core/center of the Earth to be transmuted. 

 Second, on the in-breath, actively draw energy from the Earth’s center, spiraling through the many layers of rock, dirt, underground water, through the floor to the root, up your back, through the spine to the top of your head.  This energy trail is the River of Life.  Third, on the out-breath, allow in a passive receptive state, the energy from Father Sky, the Sun, Moon and Celestials to flow down the front River of Life of your body from head to root.  Begin again the in-breath up your back.  When you have the visualization down, begin to breathe to the count of 7 up, hold 4, 7 down, hold 4, etc.  Also breathe in your nose and out of your mouth.

 It is very important to keep the tip of your tongue right behind your teeth at the roof of your mouth so as to make a complete circuit of energy on the front of your circle.  It is helpful to see and feel the circle as bright neon and make the pathway of energy easier to follow.  In class I will trace this circle with my intent, visualization and rattle or drum to build a stronger path for you to follow.  As in everything, practice makes perfect.  Do this for ten minutes each day and you’ll be refreshed, energized and glow like a light bulb!

 Since the illusion of disease comes from a disharmony in the natural pattern of our perfection, and manifests in a lack or trauma of our energy field, building and reinforcing our River of Life with Circular Breathing can go a long way in helping a body correct its own imbalances.  Because we engage in an active pulling up on the in-breath from the core of the Earth and a passive flowing down of energy from a celestial on the out-breath, we also balance our male/female energies in this practice.  So I think you can see why this is such a good place to start your experience of Practical Shamanism.

Build your Immunity - Break Through the Corona Virus Fear Mongering

PAUSE FOR A BREAKTHROUGH MOMENT FOR IMMUNITY BUILDING!!! Are you tired of all the Corona Virus fear mongering? FEAR LOWERS YOUR IMMUNITY! LOVE BUILDS IT!!!  I copied these immune building tips from a noted MD Doctors site and added a few immune booster ideas of my own.  Be prepared.....as ALWAYS. These are steps to strengthen our immune systems and prevent harm from toxic exposures.

1.  Eliminate as much as possible all EMF exposure. Turn off WiFi at night, use wired devices whenever possible, and keep all wireless devices in shielded pouches or on airplane mode as much as you can.
2. Eat only organic or biodynamic foods to decrease your exposure to agricultural chemicals, which also weaken your immune system. (EAT LOCAL FOODS.. Az)
3. Filter your water to eliminate fluoride, chlorine and other immune-suppressing chemicals. (OR DRINK SPRING OR WELL WATER...Az)
4. Get out in the sun as much as possible and spend as much time in nature, particularly in forests, beaches and other wild places.
5. Take a good blend of botanicals and mushrooms along with vitamin C-containing foods. My favorite blend is Immunity Matrix. The usual dose is 1 teaspoon in hot water twice a day.
6. Take a good vitamin D3/K2 supplement, as these have been shown to reduce the severity and incidence of flu.  One good brand is from Quick Silver Scientific. The dose is 1-2 pumps a day.
7. Cook with turmeric, dissolved in either butter or ghee. Turmeric helps to cleanse and detoxify the cells, lessening your need for detoxification reactions such as flu symptoms. (I TAKE A SUPPLEMENT W/ BLACK PEPPER SO IT IS BIOAVAILABLE...Az)
8. Practice an attitude of generosity and helpfulness to all those in your circles, including those who you may not be inclined to agree with. This might be the hardest but perhaps one of the most helpful practices you can do. (Love is the highest vibe....vibe out of harms way.  Az..)

I would like to add this to the doctors recommendation from my own experience....Mind you....I'm an Appalachian herb medicine and shamanic healing practitioner...not an MD! But I DO have a lot of experience taking care of myself!

10. Collodial Silver if symptoms of flu arise
11. Vitamine C high dose w  LOTS of spring water
12. Dowse your water to its perfect form or put 3 pieces nobel shungite in it. High vibe your immunity with high vibe water!
13. Use salt lamps and bamboo charcoal bags to kill mold which lowers immunity.
14. Quit eating sugar! Worst immunity enemy EVER!
15. Carry a salt pebble w you to wipe your hands on in public and wash your hands w salt scrub. Fabulous disinfectant!
